  • Identify shadow directors, stakeholders and anomalies in counterparty networks.
  • Assess potential for undisclosed liability or anomaly in financial reporting.

  • Assess risk in merger, acquisition, joint-venture or investment oportunities.
  • Assess corruption/FCPA risk in foreign acquisitions.
Making an informed decision

IDD research might identify potential warning signs or red-flags or, provide an additional level of comfort about a previously unknown party (or parties) and their involvement in a deal or transaction. The findings of focused research may add clarity and depth of understanding about a particular party's role or participation in a business proposition. With an awareness of previously unknown circumstances or events, clients can leverage this knowledge to make better informed decisions about investment oportunities or business relationships.

Managing financial and reputation risks are key elements of a successful business development strategy. FCRM's IDD and personell vetting services assists clients to assess the integrity, reputation and financial crime risk associated with customers, counterparties, potential joint venture opportunities and other third parties.
